I'm a Creative Relationship Expert, coach, author, and Founder of Narrative North, dedicated to helping others unlock their creative potential. With a passion for guiding aspiring creators, I specialize in coaching individuals and writers through the intricacies of crafting powerful projects and life changes. My business combines my expertise in structural planning, idea generation, creative writing, and my knowledge of the unconscious and creative selves.

I have a passion for personal development and frequently seek out new insights that align with my belief in the power of self-reflection and intentional action. I thrive on helping others develop the confidence to create, grow, and step into their potential as artists, writers, and humans wanting to improve their life. I highly dislike the idea of perfectionism stifling creation. I'm firmly against the notion that our endeavors should be flawless, instead emphasizing the importance of experimentation and risk-taking in the creative process. My ultimate goal is to empower others to step into their creative power and embrace their journey with authenticity and joy. Fulfillment comes from within first.

Beyond my professional life, I engage in various hobbies that nurture my creative self. I'm an avid reader and love diving into both fiction and nonfiction works to gain new perspectives and ideas. I also have a deep appreciation for the arts, particularly through photography and design.
